Like every estate agent, we’re members of the OFT-approved Property Ombudsman Scheme to protect our customers. However we volunteered to be members of the scheme long before it was made compulsory. We’re also members of the National Association of Estate Agents and naturally abide by its strict codes of conduct.
Strategic marketing is crucial to a successful sale, and we’ll advertise your property in all the right places. We’re on all the effective major portals we need to be on to ensure that the net is as wide as possible, whilst also advertising on our own site, from which we receive a huge number of enquiries. We still also use the ‘old faithful’ newspaper medium too, which includes advertising in the London area to ensure that your house is seen out of our immediate area in print too. For country homes, Country Life is also available to our clients, as are the national newspapers.
If you’d rather a more low-key approach, we can offer discreet marketing whereby your property won’t be seen by the world at large (or your friends, family or neighbours!). But you’ll still benefit from our extensive mailing list – we’ve always got over a thousand people looking to move in the Woking and West Byfleet areas at any given time. Our superb sales team will instinctively know who would be suitable for your home without having to rely upon the large property portals and external advertising to secure a buyer for you.
Often overlooked by many estate agents, we believe it is important to take the time and effort to get your photographs just right. Good photography is essential, which is why our senior staff have all received professional training, so you can expect quality pictures that make your home stand out from the crowd.
We always produce the best possible particulars, with a detailed and eloquent description of the property and its layout. In addition to many high quality photographs and a floorplan, we can also include an aerial image if suitable. We will work with you on this to ensure that you are happy with the final proof.
This is a huge factor that can determine whether you have a successful sale – or not. When a sale is agreed, you will have a dedicated senior member of staff who will be looking after your sale, and you will be provided with regular updates, along with additional contact when the sale requires extra help. Because our team is highly experienced, we experience far fewer fall-throughs than the industry norm.
