Non-managed Property

Please refer to your Welcome Letter or contact your Landlord direct.

Managed Property

If your property is managed by Waterfalls, please call one of the contractors in the list below (NB if you have a gas central heating problem, please check your welcome letter to confirm if your Landlord has a British Gas Homecare policy in place). Should a contractor be called out to a property and no fault is found or the issue is either the tenant’s responsibility or the result of negligence on the tenant’s part, the charge for the visit will fall to the tenant to pay.
