Coronavirus Update – the property market is underway again

By Andrew Waterfall,

We trust you are well and keeping healthy.

Restrictions have been slightly lifted to allow the property market to get going again, after a long pause while a more complete lockdown was in place.

We will now be able to arrange viewings & carry out valuations in person again, albeit with precautions in place to ensure the safety of our staff, and clients alike. Our offices will be open from 10am to 4pm from Tuesday 26th May 2020, short hours to minimise the chances of infection. Until the 26th, staff will be working from home, but still carrying out appointments. Many of our properties also offer video, virtual and/or WhatsApp tours.

We have continued operating our business remotely and will still be available to assist you with any enquiries about buying, selling, renting or letting properties. Current sales which are underway are still being progressed as usual, as are tenancies which have not yet started, and existing tenancies are being managed as normal, albeit remotely.

Your enquiries are important to us and our Sales and Lettings teams are available to discuss any of our properties.

You can contact us via all the usual channels; emails are being picked up and calls are being forwarded when we’re not in the office:

Our properties are available to view on our website and on Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation, and via Facebook.

We wish you and your family well during this challenging period.

Stay safe.
