have no-one to complain to if things go wrong.

The National Association of Estate Agents only admits to membership
those individuals who have demonstrated their thorough knowledge
of estate agency practice, law and ethics. Members have agreed
to be bound by the Association's own stringent Rules of Conduct
(backed by a formal disciplinary procedure) and by the Residential
Estate Agency Code of Practice.
