Andrew started the firm with John Durrant in 1992, and on John's retirement a few years back, became the owner of the Woking sales operation. Andy Davis joined him to open the West Byfleet office in 1994, and together with Natasha Fuoco, they started the lettings side of the business in 2007.
With 25 years in estate agency, and 17 of them in Woking, Andrew has plenty of experience of most issues that can arise in a sale - and how to get round them. A brief training in accountancy helps him to run the financial side of the firm, but he is still deeply involved in the day-to-day business of selling clients' homes and overseeing their progress.
Andrew's outside interests include being a motorsport enthusiast, which now (after taking part in the John Cooper Challenge Mini race series a few years ago) mainly involves spectating, although he does still enjoy taking his Lotus Elise around a track every now & then! Andrew is married & lives in Guildford.
