The Management Service is designed for those who wish to leave all maintenance, supervisory and administration tasks in the hands of Waterfalls Lettings. The management service covers the following items:
Pay appropriate expenditure from rental income.
Carry out routine inspections and report to Landlord.
Deal with routine management matters.
Deal with additional matters of redecoration, refurbishment and repair.
Lodge and progress any relevant insurance claims.
Arrange cleaning and repair works arising from dilapidations.
Arrange for cleaning and repairs on a change of tenancy.
