Knaphill

This village is located to the north-west of Woking atop a large hill from where, on a fine day, views reach over Woking town and miles of heathland and villages then beyond as far as Heathrow. The shopping centre is very busy and includes a number of restaurants and shops for most day-to-day needs. Sainsburys, located near the edge of the village, provides excellent facilities catering for much of the surrounding area. The village has its own first and middle schools and the nearest secondary school is Winston Churchill School (St Johns) - a Beacon School. Homes in Knaphill range from 1-bedroom apartments to 4/5 bedroom detached houses. Near to the edge of the village there are a small number of country properties, some with extensive grounds.
